Company Dress Code

Our company dress code is business casual. We like to look professional and well put together so that we are easily identified by our patrons. Our company colors are red and black, and we ask that all employees wear our company colors to represent our brand in the store. As an owner, Aurora is flashy and sassy, and encourages eccentricities and embellishments, such as fun jewelry, scarves, feathers, hats, and more! Feel free to creatively express, but please be sure to always maintain professionalism and to maintain our brand standards of red and black attire.

Our employee handbook is your guide for all things Aurora's Apothecary. Please use this to review company standards, and general operations. Here, you can find daily procedures, and general information on uniform, store protocols, and disciplinary action. When starting this position, we ask that all employees review the company handbook, and refer to it annually to review it's contents.

Employee Calendar

We have a google master calendar for the team. We use this so that everyone can see who is working on any given day, and at any location. We also have all of our upcoming events listed here and our monthly features. The best way to use the company calendar is to sync it with your phone. This allows you quick access to information, and a comprehensive view of the company as a whole.

Events Calendar

Each month, we have multiple events taking place and healers on site in our stores. We have created an events calendar to use as a tool and that can be printed out in stores for patrons who ask. This information is also included in your master calendar, and listed in our newsletter, and via our social media pages. We also list events online as well as on the store boards.
